Confidential Reporting Form

A confidential channel for students, staff, and community members to report concerns without using emergency services.

The purpose of this reporting tool is for students, staff, and community members of West Central Area Public Schools to report situations and incidents involving, but not limited to, the following:

  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying
  • Suspicious behavior
  • Sale or use of drugs or weapons
  • Domestic violence
  • Concerns regarding students or staff
  • Crimes against students, staff, or the district
  • Other non-academic issues that do not require immediate assistance

This reporting tool is not monitored 24/7

For an immediate response to an emergency, please call 911 or use one of the following resources:

Concerns submitted through this reporting tool will be taken seriously. Efforts will be placed on confidentiality, and all concerns will be investigated in a timely manner. (Please note: it is a federal crime to anonymously annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person via the internet.)
