Arbiter Registration

Arbiter Registration

This is a BIG change for WCA. In the past students and parents completed Athletic signup via paper and pencil by turning things into the office; this is no longer the case. All 7th-12th grade Athletic signups going forward WILL ONLY BE online through Arbiter Registration. The link for this site is:

https://arbiter.io/

When on this site, click Login, then “For Families/Students”. You will need to Create a Registration Account. Once you have created an account you can log in and begin the process.

Please note, you will need a copy of your child’s physical form to upload it in the registration process. If you do not have a copy, please reach out to me and I will send you the copy we have on file. You will also need to know your JMC family login for paying the participation fee. The only way for payment is through JMC; There will no longer be cash or checks taken in the office/in person.

You can only complete this using your cell phone or a computer web browser, as there is no app for this process. While completing the registration, there are several data entry points. Areas marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Areas without an asterisk are optional and totally up to you if you want to share that information. There are also a couple of areas on this platform that are outside of my control.

When you get to the section, “Reimbursement for Medical Costs,”

this is an ad solicitation for you to buy additional medical coverage. This is not from WCA, not something I added, not something I can remove, and not a requirement to complete. However, you do have to click your answer for the registration process to continue. My position is that most families have adequate coverage and will decline it; but choose as you wish.

Near the end of the registration process there is a section called “Get Recruited with NCSA College Recruiting.”

Again, this is an ad solicitation for you to declare your college intentions. This is not from WCA, not something I added, not something I can remove, and not a requirement to complete. Having a daughter who is playing college athletics and understanding how that process works, my advice would be to bypass this section as this is a money grab and not worth it, but again choose as you wish.

At the end of the process, you must pay via JMC. There is information listed if you do not know your login and/or password. Once you have submitted payment, the registration process is complete. You can only register one child at a time. However, once you have entered the basic information on your account, it will be there for any additional children who are in activities.
