Position Summary: West Central Area Schools is seeking a compassionate, student-centered, and motivated licensed school counselor to join our team beginning in the 2026–2027school year. This position is based at our secondary school in Barrett, MN, serving students in grades 5–12. We are a small but vibrant district committed to academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and college and career readiness for all students.

Qualifications: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Minnesota School Counselor license (K–12 or 5–12)
