Pay Range: Based on experience, $24.27–$27.18 per hour

Job Summary
West Central Area School is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to fill the role of MARSS Coordinator/State Reporter.
This position is central to our school's daily operations, providing high-level administrative support to the Principal, supervising secretarial staff, and managing our Student Information System (SIS). Additionally, this role oversees all state-mandated reporting and compliance (MARSS, Ed-Fi, MCCC, CARL Perkins, STAR) for the district, ensuring data fidelity and accurate funding reimbursement.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in school administration, registrar duties, or data compliance highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Student Information Systems (experience with JMC is a major plus) and state reporting platforms (MARSS, Ed-Fi).
Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and strict adherence to record retention and data privacy compliance (FERPA).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with district administration, families, and state agencies.
